Lets Go Out: Monday, May 1st. Every Day All Day

Doris C. Freedman Plaza Central Park, 60th Street & 5th Ave. NYC, NY

In keeping with its mission to bring contemporary art to the masses for free, the Public Art Fund has scheduled a series of exhibitions to mark its 40th anniversary. One of those shows, Liz Glynn:Open House, transforms Central Park’s Doris C. Freedman Plaza into a Gilded Age–era mansion reminiscent of the demolished William C. Whitney ballroom—except Glynn gives a contemporary spin to Louis XIV replica furniture by casting it in concrete. Ends September 24th 2017
